  • Given the high-touch, personalized nature of this program, we’ll work together in the beginning to establish a coaching process that works for you and your life. This isn’t another program with endless Zoom calls that stack your calendar when you’re already tight for time.

  • This is a high-touch personalized experience that we’ll work around your life and schedule as best as possible. There are no set call times, but I do Zoom coaching Tuesdays between 9:30am-4:30pm PT and Thursdays between 11am-6pm PT. I’m available for full support via Voxer Monday through Thursday 9:30am-5:30pm PT.

  • This program is a mix of practical, actionable nervous system regulation practices, science-backed behaviour change skill development, and trauma-aware mindset work.

  • Nervous System Regulation is, at its core, the ability to move flexibly between different states of arousal in response to stressors. This means that when we encounter a change in our environment, like a stressful situation, we can adapt so that we are not overwhelmed. When we’re regulated, we’re not only calmer, but more focused, clear, creative, and physically strong.

  • No. Real change takes time. Transformation takes time. Results take time. Your commitment to yourself is a minimum of 90 days to excavate, execute, and begin to embody your ideal version of The Rested Edge.

  • During our time together, I guarantee that I will hold you accountable and give you unwavering support as you move toward your leadership and wellness goals. This type of work requires a strong commitment to yourself and your ultimate desires (not sure what those are or how to make that commitment? I’ll help you with that too). If, when our time ends, you’re unsatisfied with your results, I’ll be open to having a conversation about how to change that.

  • 3 months is the minimum commitment. Your 1:1 experience can be extended (with an initial price guarantee) at any time during our first 90 days in increments of 1 to 6 months.
