STEP THREE (ME):
You and I will meet on Zoom where we’ll spend the first few minutes reviewing your nervous system and stress assessments.
STEP FOUR (US):
During the rest of our call, we’ll develop the daily dose prescription that’s going to help you start breaking the stress loop. Think manageable shifts and tangible tools that complement your life rather than add to the chaos.

Yes! Most of our trouble with sleep comes from stress. If you know sleep is an issue and a priority for you, you can share that in your intake forms and we’ll add sleep strategies and tools to your Stress Rx action plan.
