Hey, I’m Rebecca Vigelius.
I’m a Holistic Sleep & Stress Coach for women who by no fault of their own are overworked, overwhelmed, and overcommitted.
Women come to me when they want to:
Understand why they feel like they’re carrying a backpack full of rocks they can’t put down
Fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling rested
Get motivated to move their body again without feeling like it’s another chore
Figure out what real wellness can look like in their life (because the green smoothies, adult colouring books, and weekends away aren’t doin’ it)
Wake up feeling like themselves again
Here’s what I know for sure:
A well-rested woman is the world’s most potent force for good

You don’t have to do it all. In fact, you’ll find true joy when you stop trying.
I landed in this special corner of the universe in my early 40s — after years of what I finally figured out was chronic stress caused by:
yo-yo diets
over-exercising
poor sleep hygiene
toxic work environments
and emotional labor
Not to mention a pandemic where I lost social connection, gained 20 lbs, and built my first business.
I was chasing wellness yet disconnected from my intuition, constantly in a bad mood, suffering from back pain, brain fog, and procrastination.
I couldn’t get my body or thoughts to cooperate.
I tried everything to fix myself…
I worked with an emotional eating coach, a nutrition coach, a mindset coach, a therapist, and a naturopathic doctor. I did cleanses, drank weird teas and put butter in my coffee.
Only to realize I wasn’t actually broken.
And real change became possible when I got judgment-free, science-backed guidance on handling my stress and becoming truly well-rested.
Today, I’ve got more self-compassion, daily stressors hardly rattle me, and my sleep is 👌🏽 most days (no one’s perfect!).

I’m a full-time stepmom to two brilliant teens
I’ve loved cats my whole life and just a few years ago adopted my first dog from a sanctuary in Mexico run by a fellow Canadian
Forest trail and beach walks are my happy place
I’ve got a weakness for physical books, Grey’s Anatomy, and house plants
I’m a late-blooming entrepreneur who loves being CEO of her own life
