Hey! I’m Rebecca.

My mind, body, and spirit have been through the ringer. From shift work as a TV news producer in my 20s—to over-training, emotional eating, and a high-stress career in Public Relations and Marketing. To top it off, in my 30s I became a stepmom and a work-from-home entrepreneur.

In 2019, I started gaining weight, feeling achy and sluggish, and unable to focus. My sleep was a mess. Major cues that something was off.

So, like any good journalist, I started to investigate.

I did mindfulness and mindset training to help with stress. I hired a health coach and an emotional eating coach. I got my hormones checked, and explored psychedelic therapy.

All those things helped, but nothing clicked until I discovered the superpower that is sleep!

Getting regular, deep sleep had such a profound effect on my life that I wanted to help others achieve it too.
